Binge Eating and Chronic Dieting

You're Not Broken. The System Is.

If you're reading this, you've probably tried everything. Weight Watchers. Slimming World. Keto. Intermittent fasting. Meal replacements. Maybe even medication or surgery.

You've followed the rules perfectly. Lost the weight. Felt proud. And then watched it all come back, plus more.

Sound familiar?

  • Eating in secret after everyone's gone to bed
  • Unable to keep certain foods in the house because you know you'll finish them
  • The mental exhaustion of thinking about food constantly
  • Starting strong on Monday, only to "blow it" by Wednesday
  • Feeling out of control the moment you taste something sweet
  • Promising yourself "never again" after every binge
  • Cancelling plans because you don't feel good enough in your body
  • Putting your life on hold until you lose the weight
  • Years of yo-yo dieting with the same patterns repeating
  • Using GLP-1 medication but still struggling with emotional triggers

Here's what you need to know:

This is not a willpower problem. This is not a you problem.

Binge eating and chronic dieting are deeply connected. The restrict-binge cycle isn't happening because you're weak. It's happening because your brain is trying to protect you from perceived starvation.

And no amount of "trying harder" will fix a problem that's rooted in your unconscious mind.

There's a Better Way

True recovery recognises that binge eating is not about food. It's about unprocessed emotions, unmet needs, years of restriction, and a nervous system stuck in survival mode.

This is not another diet or quick fix. It's a structured, psychology-led pathway designed to support ethical and sustainable weight management, particularly for those navigating behaviour and appetite changes while using GLP-1 medication.

Recovery isn't about more rules or stricter meal plans. It's about understanding what's really driving your eating, healing your relationship with food and your body, and developing the tools to navigate life without turning to food for comfort.

This is an evidence-based approach developed to help women break free from yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, and reliance on willpower. It works because it addresses the root causes, not just the symptoms.

How I Support You

As a Licensed Eating Freely Practitioner, I guide women through a structured programme that combines online learning modules with personalised support. You're never alone in this process.

My approach is built on four evidence-based pillars:

  • CBT Tools to reduce binge eating episodes immediately and interrupt unhelpful patterns.
  • Nutritional Rehabilitation to restore your gut health, clear out confusing food rules, and develop a sustainable way of eating.
  • Neuroscience to understand why willpower fails and how to break the brain's autopilot patterns.
  • Self-Compassion to replace your inner critic with kindness and create lasting change from the inside out.

This isn't therapy where you just talk about problems. This is therapeutic coaching where you gain practical tools, weekly support, and a clear pathway to food freedom.

Imagine This Instead

  • Waking up without immediately thinking about what you can or can't eat today
  • Keeping chocolate in the house without it calling your name every hour
  • Eating a meal without guilt, without rules, without the mental gymnastics
  • Having energy to focus on what really matters in your life
  • Feeling confident in your body, exactly as it is right now
  • Stepping fully into your power in your relationships, your career, your life

How It Works

Recovery happens in stages. First, we reduce the frequency and intensity of binges using practical CBT tools. Then we address the underlying triggers, whether emotional, environmental, or physiological. Finally, we rebuild your relationship with food and yourself based on compassion, not control.

The programme includes weekly modules that guide you step by step, accountability questions to keep you on track, and ongoing support when you need it most.

You'll have access to a supportive community hub where you can connect with others on the same journey, plus direct support from me throughout the process.

And if you're not sure this is right for you? Start with the first week free. No commitment, no pressure. Just experience the support and see if it resonates.
