6 Personal 1:1 Sessions Over 3 Months

You're not doing this alone. We meet six times throughout your journey:

  • An onboarding session to start strong
  • A check-in session around module 4
  • Two sessions per month for the remainder of your programme

These sessions are where we dig deeper, troubleshoot challenges, and tailor the programme to your specific needs.

Weekly Accountability Support

Every week, you'll receive accountability questions via email. You respond, I read and reply with support and guidance. This keeps you connected, accountable, and moving forward between our sessions.

Ongoing Email Support

Questions come up. Challenges arise. You're never left wondering what to do next. Email support throughout your programme means you always have backup.

How quickly will I see results?

What if I miss a session?

Is this covered by insurance?

This is private therapeutic coaching. Some private health insurance policies may provide partial reimbursement for counselling or nutritional therapy. Check with your provider about your specific coverage.

Do I need to be local to Holywood?

Not at all. While I'm based in Holywood, Northern Ireland, all sessions are conducted online via Zoom. I work with people throughout the UK, Ireland, and beyond.

No matter where you are, if you have an internet connection, we can work together. Online coaching is just as effective as in-person sessions.
