How We Can Work Together

1:1 Coaching Programme

Work directly with me through a structured 16-week programme that combines online learning modules with personalised support. You'll receive six 1:1 sessions over three months, starting with an onboarding session and continuing with two sessions per month. 

Group Programme

Join other women on the same journey in my 12-week live online group sessions. We'll work through the weekly resources, skills, and the four pillars together, with built-in accountability and the power of community support. 

Workshops

No matter where you are, if you have an internet connection, we can work together. Online coaching is just as effective as in-person sessions.
